CCC Access Including E-portfolio

Please be sure to follow the correct process to ensure that a resolution can be determined.
If the appropriate process is not followed, a resolution or response may be limited or delayed.

If any students are able to log in to CCC but cannot access information in their program (CES, CMHC, SC). Please follow this process:

  1. Student Contacts Tech Support to determine if it is a technical issue or an access issue
  2. If Tech Support cannot be of assistance, the student informs the course instructor of the issue.
  3. Instructor emails: "course name," "the problem being experienced", a "list of ALL students in the class" and "the “my.gcu.edu” email" for EACH student to Dr. Jennifer Young,…
