The grant application process is open to both professional and student members of WACES. WACES will fund proposals of up to $500 each. Grant recipients will also be recognized during the WACES Board Meeting at the ACES Conference in 2023.

It is common knowledge that physical activity can improve mental health, by helping the brain release endorphins, that promotes happiness and motivation. In addition to exercising and eating right, it is important to take care of your mental health, as it directly influences your well-being, how you think and feel, and your ability to cope with life challenges.
